CITY GAMES IN SWITZERLAND

City games that bring the history of Swiss towns back to life.

60minutes offers free games to play on your phone, right in the city — no app to install. Our first two games, in La Tour-de-Peilz and Vevey, are already playable in their testing phase.

LA TOUR-DE-PEILZ

LES BOÉLANDS

I · IN TESTING

A game rooted in the history of La Tour-de-Peilz — the harbour, the castle, the Hugonin house, and the nickname the town has carried for centuries: les Boélands, "the Criers." A community that could spread word faster than the tax collector.

VEVEY

THE BROTHERHOOD'S CHALLENGE

II · IN TESTING

A game rooted in Vevey's winemaking history — the microclimate phenomenon known as the "three suns," the Winegrowers' Brotherhood (Confrérie des Vignerons), which still organises the Fête des Vignerons today, and the lanes of the old town.

Instead of a movie or an escape room

Outdoors, any time of day — 60 minutes that turn an ordinary outing into an adventure. Alone, as a couple, with family, or with friends.

Who it's for

For tourists

A different way to discover a city — step by step, solving real puzzles on location instead of following a guide.

For locals

A chance to learn something new about a place you thought you already knew well.

What is 60minutes

The game is a series of puzzles placed at real locations around the city — your phone guides you along a route via GPS, and each stage asks you to do something on the spot: spot an architectural detail, solve a historical riddle, sometimes use the camera or move your phone. The whole thing takes about 60 minutes, with no installation required — everything happens in your phone's browser.

MONTREUX

BELLE ÉPOQUE

A game rooted in Montreux's golden age — the grand hotels, the steamboats on Lake Geneva, and the legendary Golden Pass train that made the town Europe's tourism capital during the Belle Époque.

IN DEVELOPMENT
VEVEY

THE MILK FORMULA

A game rooted in the birth of the food industry in Vevey — Henri Nestlé's 1867 invention of milk formula, which saved countless infants and gave rise to a global company.

Let's collaborate

Do you represent a town, a local business, or an association? We can build a city game for your town — just like Les Boélands or Vevey.

Want to sponsor one of the puzzles? Let's talk about that too.
